Erin is passionate about walking beside you every step of the way, offering guidance and suggestions, providing discerning expertise, and serving as a fall-back therapist when things seem overwhelming. Erin is your dream problem-solver—from establishing and managing event budgets, considering décor, assisting with vendor selection, even navigating family stresses. When Erin connects with you, she and her team are all-in.
Erin recognizes there is no such thing as an “average” wedding, and she uses her creativity, expertise, and vendor resources to customize each event to reflect your personality and preferences.
Right-Hand Man + Lead Dynamo
Jonathan Ryan is no stranger to making sure clients’ needs are satisfied and every event runs seamlessly. Jonathan is the right-hand man for everything RP+, providing administrative support, overseeing vendor relations, visiting venues to ensure nothing is overlooked, and supporting clients on the day of their event.
Sara McCaffery + Jaclyn Huss
Sara and Jaclyn each worked with Erin in planning their own weddings. They enjoyed planning their own celebrations so much that they began to consider how their strengths might benefit other brides and grooms. Meanwhile, Erin noticed their unique skill sets and passions and made a mental note. Once their celebrations became memories, Erin handpicked them to be part of the RP+ team!
As day-of-event coordinators and planners-in training, Sara and Jaclyn will interact directly with you and vendors in finalizing details, answering last-minute questions, and giving you peace of mind and the freedom to relax and focus on your celebration!
